Eagle Student Services Center
The Eagle Student Services Center (ESSC) is a one-stop shop for all enrollment-related services. Separated by three floors, the center has many unique offerings.
Financial Aid counselors, Student Accounting, the Registrar and ID Systems are all housed in the ESSC. Financial Aid counselors can assist students with finances concerning tuition and fees. The Registrar provides services related to registration, add/drops and transcript requests. Student Accounting accepts tuition payments, manages fines on accounts, assists with short-term loans and provides UNT IDs to current students, faculty and staff. These UNT IDs serve as “keys to the campus” by providing access to residential halls, dining halls and meal plans, room reservations, free swag and more. It is important that members of the UNT community have their UNT ID handy at all times.
Home to Undergraduate Admissions, the third floor is the ideal place to visit if there are questions about admission requirements, the application process or general guidance for attending UNT. Our staff can help answer questions about residency regarding in-state or out-of-state tuition, provide academic advising for transfer students, and counsel students on the ins and outs of the admission process.
