The Blood Fitness and Dance Center, typically open 16 hours a day during the week, is where you’ll find students, faculty, and staff of all levels using the treadmills, ellipticals, spinning bikes, free weights, Cybex machines, and other exercise equipment. A three-story indoor climbing wall is popular, as are classes for Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Cardiokick, and Tai Chi.

Roughly one-third of Hamilton students play a Division III varsity sport as part of the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC), and nearly half of all students are involved in recreational activities on Hamilton’s campus.
